How do I check and see if my SMS is connected to WickedFile?
To make sure your shop management system is connected to WickedFile and repair orders are being ingested correctly, please follow the steps below:
1. Login to your WickedFile account
2. Move your cursor over to the blue side menu and click on "System Settings" at the bottom
3. Now click on "Status"
Here, you’ll see the current status of your account, including the last time a document was scanned, when we last synced with your shop management system, when banking information was ingested via Plaid, and when we last synced with QuickBooks.
*Please note: We sync with the shop management systems every few hours
