How do I check and see if my SMS is actively syncing to WickedFile?

To make sure your shop management system is syncing to WickedFile and repair orders are being ingested correctly, please follow the steps below:

1. Move your cursor over to the blue side menu and click on "System Settings" at the bottom

2. Now click on "Status"

Here, you’ll see the current status of your account, including the last time a document was scanned, when we last synced with your shop management system, when banking information was ingested via Plaid, and when we last synced with QuickBooks.

We constantly sync with your shop management systems every few hours.

Please Note: The sync times will reflect the times your shop is closed since there were no RO updates in your shop. If your shop is closed on weekends, the "Last RO Data Update" should say '3 days ago' on Monday morning!
