[Repair Orders](https://help.wickedfile.com/knowledge-base/faqs?hsLang=en#repair-orders) # How do I check and see if my SMS is actively syncing to WickedFile? ## To make sure your shop management system is syncing to WickedFile and repair orders are being ingested correctly, please follow the steps below: 1\. Move your cursor over to the blue side menu and click on **"System Settings"** at the bottom 2\. Please Note: The sync times will reflect the times your shop is closed since there were no RO updates in your shop.
