How It Works

The system flags part line items that meet the following criteria:

  • Category: Any core type

  • Status: No associated credit

  • Date Range: Current month



Why It Matters

Uncredited cores can accumulate to hundreds or even thousands of dollars each month. Missing these credits represents a significant and often hidden profit leak.

To resolve uncredited core items:

  1. Verify the core was returned and documented properly.
