How Do We Do It?

We unify all sources of shop financial activity into one workspace:

• Ingest invoices, credits & statements using OCR + AI

• Pull ROs from your SMS (Tekmetric, Shop-Ware, etc.)

• Pull bank/credit card transactions via Plaid (optionally)

• Pull accounting entries from QuickBooks Online (optionally)

WickedFile then auto-reconciles data against each other, surfacing only the invoice-level exceptions you need to fix.

Our system checks:

• Did the invoice's parts all match to an RO, credit, or be marked as inventory?

• Has the invoice matched a vendor statement?

• Has the invoice matched to a bank transaction?

• Has the invoice matched to an accounting entry?

This creates a closed-loop, invoice-first AP workflow that operators can complete daily — long before month-end close.
