How often does WickedFile reconcile my data and sync with my integrated platforms?
WickedFile reconciles data at multiple levels by pulling from your Shop Management System, scans uploaded to WickedFile, and Plaid.
While reconciliation and sync times with WickedFile are not real-time, WickedFile reconciles daily and syncs with your integrated platforms throughout the day to ensure you are getting fresh data.
Shop Management System
- We regularly sync with the Shop Management System throughout the day to keep everything up to date and in sync. Please allow a ~4 hour buffer for the most up-to-date RO data.
Scans Uploaded to WickedFile
- Reconciliation is performed overnight. However, if an invoice or statement is edited, it’s automatically included in the next reconciliation cycle and will temporarily show a Pending or Processing status while updates are applied
Plaid
- Plaid typically checks for and updates bank transactions automatically 1 to 4 times per day, depending on the financial institution.
QuickBooks

WickedFile syncs with QuickBooks multiple times a day, similar to Plaid and your SMS integration
